This product is suitable for the after-treatment of reactive, direct, curing and disperse dye dyed fabrics and polyester fibers. It can significantly improve the soaking fastness of fabrics and is especially suitable for improving the washing fastness and rubbing fastness of polyester and polyester-cotton dyed fabrics. It is formaldehyde-free, safe and environmentally friendly.

[Usage]

• It can be used for color fixing in padding and dipping processes of polyester and blended fabrics.

[Application Method]

It can be directly added to the dye vat for softening finishing.

Recommended process:

Pad - dyeing process: (One dip, one roll, liquid pickup 70 - 80%) → drying → setting. Recommended dosage: 20 - 30g/L.
Impregnation process: Dipping (60℃ × 20min constant temperature) → draining → washing → drying. Recommended dosage: 1% o.w.f - 3% o.w.f.
The specific process shall be subject to your company's existing process.

[Precautions]

• A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.

• If it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, a compatibility test should be done in advance.

[Storage and Packaging]

Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
